Hubei Fengfa Glass Co.,Ltd. started construction in August 2018 and completed land leveling,factory construction,and equipment installation in just ten months. It was officially put into production in May 2019. The company covers a total area of over 100 acres,including more than 30000 square meters of production and supporting production and living facilities,with a total investment of 152 million yuan. The company continues to invest heavily in the upgrading and transformation of the "integration of informatization and industrialization". The company has already put into operation four customized glass deep processing production lines,and introduced a fully automated production line in 2021,which is one of the more advanced production lines in the entire industry in Central China. Whether it is automation degree or production efficiency,it has increased by 2.5 times compared to other traditional production lines.

Construction of Hubei Fengfa Glass Co., Ltd. Broke ground in August 2018. Within merely 10 months, we completed land leveling, plant construction and full equipment installation, and the facility was officially commissioned for production in May 2019. The factory spans over 100 mu, boasting more than 30, 000 square meters of integrated production, auxiliary and living facilities, with a total investment of RMB 152 million. We consistently channel heavy capital into digital-industrial integration upgrading and transformation. Currently, four dedicated deep-processing glass production lines are fully operational, and a fully automated intelligent line was introduced in 2021 - ranking among Central China's most advanced production systems in the industry. Its automation level and manufacturing efficiency are 2.5 times higher than those of conventional production lines.
To expand global market coverage and deliver localized one-stop glass supply solutions for Southeast Asian construction and home decoration sectors, Fengfa Glass built its overseas manufacturing base - Fengfa Glass Indonesia Branch Plant. Spanning a site area of 8, 000 square meters, our Indonesia factory operates 2 full glass processing production lines, complete with laminated glass furnaces and insulated glass assembly lines. We specialize in custom tempered glass and shower room glass fabrication, matching the core product strengths and rigorous quality standards of our Hubei headquarters to serve local clients.
